Having graduated in 1975 majoring in tourism, Ms. Tai
joined the travel industry. She began her career starting from the
basics, where she has built up solid foundations and gathered
expertise that make her what she is today. In 1985, she was promoted
to the management of BOBBY TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD. and forged the
motto ¡¥Passengers First¡¦ that makes all passengers feel as though
their in good hands. Working with the Japanese travel industry based
on a common concept and at the same pace, the firm cooperation with
the Japanese travelindustry made the number of Japanese tourists
increase from as little as 300 and change a month in the beginning to
the ten-fold figure of today. In 1991, with globalized and diversified
operations, BOBBY set up D&D TRAVEL SERVICE CO., LTD. in Thailand
and Singapore. In 1996,UBA-INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. was founded in
Japan, as part of its newly established overseas operation network. In
faith that the successand accomplishment the company has achieved is
due to the joint effort of the entire work force and the founding
collaborators that are nowour executives, we will keep moving forward
on the same basis. Fully involved in the industry and with outstanding
performance Ms. Tai¡¦s ownactive presence is highlighted by the

Company History |
Founded as BOBBY TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICE CO., LTD. on December 5, 1968, it was rated on January 22nd of the next year as a Class A travel agency by the Tourism Bureau under the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
In 1985, the INBOUND division was established and is now commanded by Ms. DIANNA TAI, current chairman of the company, with full dedication to individual, group tours, and business trips, on which basis the company has established its fame.
Supported by both private sectors and government agencies on a long term basis, the company then engaged in airline ticketing by developing business relationships with Northwest, EVA Air, Iran Airlines, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, Japan Asia, and Air China among others.
Further, the company established its service division in the World Trade Center to extend international conventions and exhibitions as well as tour services.
Thanks to its enriched experience, the company is building up extraordinary performance and its name is well received by travelers.
With its services extended to Japan, liaison offices have been established in major Japanese cities.
Today, the company boasts a total work force of over 100 people, plus 40 full-time tour guides, who are working diligently and painstakingly under the leader of the chairman.
At the same time, the work force is gathering new knowledge and experience all the time, and aiming to lead the industry.
In 1996, U-BA INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. was founded by merging the operation outlets in Japan completely.
Adhering to its philosophy of Passengers First, Honest Service, Safety as Top Priority, Promptness, and Precision for all operations, the company is further strengthening its role in the industry.
